About the Internship
Selected intern’s day‑to‑day responsibilities include:1. Technical cleanup and digitizing of sketches, design assets, and reference materials.
2. Assisting with design execution, including sample styling, fit review support, and measurement sheet preparation.
3. Supporting sampling and production workflows—participating in sample review cycles and communicating fit or technical adjustments.
4. Researching trending silhouettes, closures, trims, and market references to inform upcoming collections.
5. Contributing to product naming and style ideation during collection planning.
6. Ensuring consistency across looks in each drop—maintaining visual cohesion in style, color palette, and detailing.
7. Providing visual and content assistance when skilled—photo editing, layout support, or moodboard creation.
8. Helping with technical spec details such as stitch types, point-of-measure (POM) sheets, and tolerance documentation.
9. Organizing and backing up design files, sample photos, and spec sheets systematically.
10. Collaborating with the core team to help bring collection vision to life through hands-on execution and feedback loops.
