AiCOS is a bold new fashion startup focused on creating comfortable, stylish, and versatile clothing that empowers individuality.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. We’re looking for: Fashion Designers: Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop comfortable, stylish, and versatile clothing with a focus on oversized fits and functional fashion.
2. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure designs are practical and scalable for manufacturing.
3. Stay on top of trends, consumer needs, and market demands to inspire new collections.
B. Manufacturing & Production: Responsibilities:
1. Work alongside designers to turn concepts into high-quality, wearable products.
2. Select fabrics, create patterns, and manage production timelines.
3. Ensure products meet quality standards and sustainability goals.
4. Oversee the logistics of manufacturing, including working with vendors and factories.
C. Business & Operations Team: Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business strategies to grow AiCOS into a strong, sustainable brand.
2. Handle day-to-day operations, including logistics, inventory, and supply chain management.
3. Lead marketing efforts to build brand awareness and engage with customers.
4. Monitor and optimize growth, customer feedback, and market trends to ensure business success.
