About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Sales support & client outreach:
1. Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential corporate and wedding clients.
2. Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and social media.
3. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
B. Client relationship management:
1. Maintain client databases and ensure timely communication.
2. Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and relay details to the operations team.
3. Attend meetings or site visits with senior team members when required.
C. Marketing & promotion:
1. Assist in promoting upcoming events and services on social media and other platforms.
2. Help design and distribute marketing materials or event packages.
3. Gather feedback and testimonials from past clients for promotional use.
D. Coordination & administration:
1. Support the team in day-to-day office operations related to event sales.
2. Keep track of sales targets, inquiries, and conversion rates.
3. Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and bookings.
E. Event support (as needed):
1. Participate in on-ground event coordination during live events.
2. Ensure smooth execution by supporting the sales and event management teams.
