About the Internship
Are you a detail-oriented and creative individual with a passion for event management? Vista Entertainment is looking for a dynamic Event Management intern to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain valuable hands-on experience in the event planning industry.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of events, including coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and overseeing vendor relationships.
2. Create visually appealing presentations using MS-PowerPoint to showcase event concepts and proposals.
3. Utilize MS-Excel to track budgets, expenses, and guest lists for various events.
4. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating strong English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
6. Assist in post-event evaluations and analysis to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
7. Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall event experience for our clients and guests.
