About the Internship

1. Assist in coordinating and executing all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
2. Utilize MS-PowerPoint and MS-Excel to create presentations and manage event budgets.
3. Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all event details are executed flawlessly.
4. Utilize English proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
5. Utilize MS-Office to organize and track event logistics and timelines.
6. Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to promote events.
7. Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.
