About the Internship
Position Overview:We seek an enthusiastic Ambitious, detail-oriented Event Planning Intern to support our team in planning and executing various corporate and wedding events. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the event management industry.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events and weddings.
2. Research vendors, venues, and event trends.
3. Helped create event timelines, budgets, and checklists.
4. Attend client meetings and assist in taking notes and gathering information.
5. Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
6. Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure all needs are met.
7. Assist in marketing and promotional efforts for upcoming events.
8. Participate in brainstorming sessions for event concepts and themes.
9. Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and document management.
1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. A passion for event planning and creativity in problem-solving.
6. Plus for those who have 1 year of experience in event planning.
7. Travelling and timing for the events Industry are very extensive, hence candidates should be adaptive to these.
