About the Internship

Join our PAN India Group company as an Event Management intern and gain hands-on experience in planning and executing a wide range of events. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced event management team and contribute to the success of our events.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating logistics for events such as venue selection, vendor management, and guest coordination.
2. Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.
3. Help in creating event budgets and tracking expenses using MS-Excel.
4. Assist in the on-site management of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for each event.
6. Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes for future events.
7. Maintain a high level of English proficiency (spoken) to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
