About the Internship
As an Event Management intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning and executing a wide range of events. You will work closely with our experienced team to coordinate all aspects of event management, from concept development to post-event evaluation.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating event proposals, timelines, and budgets
2. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements
3. Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and attendees to ensure a seamless experience
4. Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint and MS-Excel
5. Support marketing efforts through social media content creation and distribution
6. Attend event planning meetings and provide input on creative ideas
7. Assist in on-site event management and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
