About the Internship
We are looking for a highly efficient, detail-oriented, and growth-focused event planner intern who is passionate about events and eager to learn through real, hands-on experience. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, loves creative work, and wants to be trained properly to grow into a strong event professional.Selected intern’s day to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of events
2. Support timelines, checklists, budgets, and vendor coordination
3. Help with on-ground event execution and problem-solving
4. Manage basic social media support for events (content, BTS, showcases)
5. Create creatives, mood boards, and presentations using Canva
6. Assist in creative ideation, conceptualization, and event design
7. Visualize spaces and source décor, design, and aesthetic references
8. Research market trends and industry practices
9. Ensure strong follow-ups, documentation, and attention to detail
10. Work collaboratively with the team and take ownership of tasks
