About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct financial analysis of companies, including reviewing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
2. Build and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and valuation.
3. Assist in preparing equity research reports with investment recommendations, key insights, and financial summaries.
4. Track market trends, industry news, and macroeconomic developments that impact assigned sectors.
5. Monitor stock price movements and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Collect and organize data from financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.) and public filings (annual reports, investor presentations).
7. Support senior analysts in preparing presentations and research briefs for internal or client meetings.
8. Compare peer companies using valuation multiples and performance metrics.
9. Summarize earnings calls, management commentary, and investor updates.
10. Maintain sector coverage sheets and update reports with the latest data, estimates, and news flow.
