About the Internship
As a junior sales executive, you’ll be at the frontlines of our growth. Your job is to open doors, spark conversations, and get potential customers excited to see a demo.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and reach out to HR managers, talent acquisition heads, founders, and agency owners
2. Understand their hiring process and pitch how HireNex saves them time and improves candidate quality
3. Schedule demos and product walkthroughs with qualified prospects
4. Follow up via WhatsApp, email, and calls to keep conversations warm
5. Maintain a steady pipeline and update lead data in our CRM
6. Handle basic objections and route more technical queries to senior team members
