About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assemble and integrate lithium-ion battery packs while ensuring proper
electrical connections.
2. Perform cell balancing, wiring, and connector integration for various battery
configurations.
3. Conduct basic electrical testing, including voltage and capacity checks, and
troubleshoot issues.
4. Assist in thermal management research, focusing on materials like PCM
composites for battery cooling.
5. Work with battery management systems (BMS), configuring communication
protocols such as CAN and RS-485.
6. Support engineers in design validation and compliance with standards like
IEC and UL.
7. Maintain documentation and safety protocols for battery assembly and testing.
