About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Perform electrical panel wiring to ensure proper connections
2. Read Eplan/AutoCAD electrical schematics to interpret designs
3. Carry out panel alignment, busbar joining, and component mounting (PLC, drives, switchgears) for accurate assembly
4. Execute wire crimping, lugging, and ferruling to prepare cables
5. Conduct panel wiring using ferrule printing and laser marking machines for organized setup
6. Assemble and test PCBs to verify functionality
7. Understand PCB layout and identify components for correct placement
8. Solder and assemble electronic components to build circuits
9. Test PCBs in lab setups and integrate them into panels for operational readiness
10. Assemble and test sensors to ensure accurate performance
