About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:- Assist counsellors in guiding students about courses, universities, and career options abroad.
- Support in preparing and reviewing student applications, documentation, and visa forms.
- Conduct research on universities, scholarships, and admission requirements.
Help in organizing and coordinating student webinars, workshops, and education fairs.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/Excel reports as required.
- Handle student queries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media.
- Create basic promotional content (social media posts, reviews, or testimonials).
- Provide excellent customer service to students and parents.
