About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Engage with customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, and occasional walk-ins to understand requirements for customized 3D-printed products and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
2. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch) to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.
3. Manage after-sales support, resolve delivery-related issues by following up with shipping partners, and maintain customer satisfaction.
4. Conduct B2B cold calling and sales outreach to onboard corporate clients for bulk or customized gifting solutions.
