About the Internship
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive e-commerce operations intern to support our online store operations across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and our D2C website. You’ll work closely with our marketing, logistics, and data teams to ensure our product listings, inventory, and customer experiences are smooth and optimized.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in managing product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing) across marketplaces.
2. Tracking and updating inventory levels and coordinating with warehouse/logistics teams.
3. Monitoring ordering statuses, returns, and customer issues.
4. Generating and analyzing sales and performance reports.
5. Helping with competitor research, content audits, and SEO updates.
6. Supporting ad campaign data entry and basic optimization tasks.
7. Coordinating with vendors, agencies, or internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
8. Assisting in SOP creation and documentation of processes.
