About the Internship
Masofta is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Intern to support day-to-day backend operations across multiple online platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital commerce, logistics, and building hands-on experience in a fast-growing beauty and personal care brand.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in processing and tracking online orders across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, website)
2. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
3. Manage inventory updates and stock reconciliation
4. Respond to customer queries and return requests via email and WhatsApp
5. Monitor product listings and flag pricing or content issues
6. Support with backend tasks like uploading SKUs, editing product details, and generating reports
7. Assist in preparing packaging materials and QC checks if needed
8. To maintain records of daily operations and assist in operational strategy execution
