Proficiency in MS-Office is a must as you will be responsible for various tasks including data entry, order processing, and customer support. 2. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for restocking.

4. Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements on the e-commerce platform.
