About the Internship
This is an e-commerce operations and marketing internship at Grreh Curated Living.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities will include:
1. Monitoring website pages, fixing any bugs, broken links, or technical glitches for a seamless customer experience.
2. Managing daily order processing, ensuring timely dispatch, fulfillment, and post-sale experience.
3. Intimating brands about new orders and getting estimated delivery timelines.
4. Ensuring seamless communication between brands, logistics partners, and customers.
5. Monitoring product stock levels and flagging low/out-of-stock items to brands to prevent order delays.
6. Professionally resolving customer inquiries and issues via Instagram, email, WhatsApp, and calls with prompt, customer-friendly solutions.
7. Updating customers on order status, delivery updates, and issue escalations via emails and WhatsApp.
8. Assisting in pitching and registering new brands on the platform, and maintaining follow-ups in the onboarding process for potential partner brands.
9. Assisting with social media management by posting content, creating stories, brainstorming ideas, and helping grow the brand's presence online across all platforms.
10. Supporting day-to-day marketing operations including content scheduling, reporting, and community engagement across web, WhatsApp, emails, and ad campaigns.
