About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage and update product listings (descriptions, images, pricing, inventory).
2. Assist in order processing, returns, and customer queries.
3. Support digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads).
4. Conduct competitor and market research for trends and opportunities.
5. Track and report e-commerce performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversions).
6. Collaborate with marketing/design teams for product content and creatives.
7. Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to improve experience.
8. Maintain and organize reports on e-commerce activities.
