About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Marketplace Management
Assist in managing Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce seller accounts.
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
B. Product Listing & SEO
Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords.
Conduct keyword research and optimize product titles, bullets, and descriptions for SEO.
Ensure listings follow marketplace guidelines.
C. Order & Inventory Management
Track daily orders and coordinate timely order processing.
Update inventory across marketplaces and avoid stock-out situations.
Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for smooth order flow.
D. Dispatch & Logistics
Generate shipping labels and manage courier assignments.
Follow up on shipments, tracking issues, and delivery status.
Handle return orders and initiate claims when required.
E. Customer Service Support
Assist in responding to customer queries, messages, and return requests.
Maintain positive seller ratings through timely and professional communication.
F. Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily sales, orders, and stock reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper listing, pricing, and promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Flipkart preferred).
2. Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
3. Strong communication and coordination skills.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Enthusiasm to learn marketplace operations and digital selling.
