About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content on Shopify.
2. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the delivery/operations team.
3. Create purchase orders and maintain stock records.
4. Ensure accurate order processing, tracking, and timely deliveries.
5. Update customers on their order status.
6. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
7. Follow up with customers on abandoned orders.
8. Generate GST invoices for B2B customers.
9. Prepare monthly sales reports.
10. Manage social media accounts (Instagram/Facebook).
11. Maintain records of COD payments and bank deposits.
12. Ensure timely payments to vendors.
