About the Internship
We're looking for an admissions counsellor who will be the first point of contact for families exploring AAIS. This is primarily a phone-based role, focused on reaching out to inbound leads generated through our website, social media channels, and digital campaigns. Your role is to understand what parents are looking for, share what makes AAIS unique, and help them decide if we're the right fit for their child. You'll work from our campus, giving you first-hand exposure to our classrooms, teachers, and everyday culture - so every conversation you have is grounded in authenticity.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound enquiries from the website, social media, and other digital channels
2. Engage with parents to understand their expectations and guide them through the admissions process
3. Share accurate information on AAIS curriculum, campuses, fees, and differentiators
4. Follow up with prospective families and nurture leads
5. Schedule and coordinate campus visits, school tours, and Parent Open House sessions
6. Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the admissions database
