About the Internship
As an E-Commerce Business Management Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of our online business across marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart, while also gaining exposure to product launches and brand management.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website, including updating product details, stock status, and pricing.
2. Coordinating with our graphic design agency to get creatives and banners for product pages and marketing campaigns.
3. Tracking inventory, pricing changes, and deals on marketplaces and reporting key updates to the team.
4. Assisting in new product development, including maintaining product launch trackers and checking which images, content, or samples are pending.
5. Supporting customer feedback loops by compiling reviews and coordinating basic updates to listings based on feedback.
6. Helping prepare performance reports from Amazon Seller Central and other platforms using Excel or Google Sheets.
