About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support the RMA (return merchandise authorization) team with regular audits of return transactions
2. Identify and correct discrepancies in product return data across internal systems
3. Ensure all returns are accurately logged and compliant with policy
4. Coordinate with operations, accounts, and warehouse teams for data verification
5. Maintain detailed records and documentation for audit trails
6. Assist in preparing reports related to return trends, claim statuses, and corrections
