About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Intentional Doomscrolling:
1. Scroll Instagram, Reels, Shorts & X daily to track high-performing content in health, skincare, Gen-Z and business niches.
2. Save, tag and categorise viral posts with strong engagement signals.
B. Trend & Hook Breakdown
1. Identify recurring hooks, formats, audios and emotional triggers behind viral content.
2. Explain why people stop, watch, save or share in simple terms.
C. Daily Insight Sharing
1. Share 5–10 relevant viral posts daily with short written insights on hook, format, emotion and CTA.
2. Maintain updates via WhatsApp or a shared Google Doc.
D. Content Creation (Execution):
1. Create 3–5 short-form content pieces per week (reels, carousels or story formats) inspired by observed trends.
2. Focus on clarity, relatability and save-worthiness rather than random virality.
E. Weekly Pattern & Content Summary:
1. Compile a weekly summary of trends, audience behaviour and content ideas tested.
2. Highlight what worked, what didn’t, and how the brand should adapt next week.
