About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Draft and schedule daily posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts using tools like Buffer or Meta Suite.
2. Repurpose existing content, such as turning blog posts into reels.
3. Monitor post engagement, including likes, shares, and comments.
4. Conduct keyword research for ongoing blogs or articles using Ubersuggest or Google Keyword Planner.
5. Optimize meta tags, titles, and descriptions for 1–2 existing pages or posts.
6. Submit new content URLs to Google Search Console for indexing.
7. Draft and format one email newsletter per week.
8. Maintain and clean email subscriber lists.
9. Track email performance metrics (open rate, CTR) and update internal reports.
10. Monitor daily traffic, bounce rate, and top-performing content using Google Analytics.
11. Maintain a performance tracker in Google Sheets or Data Studio.
12. Flag any sharp dips or surges in traffic to the team.
13. Assist in preparing creatives and copy for upcoming ad campaigns.
14. Take screenshots of active ads and monitor daily spend if campaigns are running.
15. Tag leads or responses in CRM or Google Sheets.
16. Spend 20–30 minutes daily researching trending content formats, competitor activity, and audience behavior insights.
17. Share a quick 3-point update in the team’s Slack or WhatsApp group.
