About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Creating and scheduling engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) for various platforms.
2. Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to optimize organic reach.
3. Manage and monitor paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram (Meta Ads) and Google Ads (basic).
4. Set up targeting, budgets, and creatives for ad campaigns.
5. Analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and suggest improvements.
6. Engage with followers — replying to comments, DMs, and fostering community interaction.
7. Track and report both organic and paid performance weekly.
8. Brainstorm new content and campaign ideas with the team.
We’re looking for someone who:
1. Is active on social media and understands trending formats.
2. Can write captions that connect with the audience.
3. Has basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
4. Understands Instagram/Facebook algorithms & engagement tactics.
5. Has basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign creation, targeting, budget allocation, analytics).
6. Bonus: Familiar with Google Ads basics.
7. Is reliable and consistent with deadlines.
8. Can work a minimum of 3-4 hours a day.
9. Bonus: Knows basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc., Canva).
