About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Post scheduled content (reels, carousels, stories) with hashtags and captions.
2. Help draft copy aligned with Mentora’s voice.
3. Track relevant trends, awareness days, and content ideas.
4. Suggest timely content opportunities.
5. Reply to comments and DMs or escalate when needed.
6. Interact with followers and similar accounts to grow reach.
7. Maintain a weekly tracker of post performance (reach, engagement, etc).
8. Share insights on what’s working and what’s not.
9. Join quick team check-ins.
10. Coordinate with design/content teams for campaigns.
11. Share fresh ideas aligned with mental health, mentorship, and leadership.
