1. Create and deliver 1 text post, 1 graphic, and 1 short video daily
2. Handle full content creation, scheduling, and execution
3. Work with minimal guidance, requiring only approvals
4. Take full ownership of the content process
5. Bring fresh ideas to the table
6. Build a strong digital presence in a high-growth industry
