2. Create captions for posts, hiring updates, culture content, and campaigns
3. Help maintain a monthly content calendar
4. Engage with comments and messages to boost visibility
🔹 LinkedIn Ads (Learning & Execution):
1. Support setup and monitoring of LinkedIn ad campaigns
2. Assist with audience targeting, creatives, and budget tracking
3. Track basic performance metrics and learn optimization techniques
🔹 Brand & Coordination:
1. Ensure posts follow Breakout®’s tone and visual guidelines
2. Coordinate with internal teams for hiring and marketing inputs
