About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Campaign support: Assist in setting up and running ad campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Ad copy & creative coordination: Work with the creative team to draft ad copies, suggest visuals, and ensure campaign creatives align with the brand voice.
3. Keyword & audience research: Conduct keyword research for search campaigns and identify target audiences for paid social.
4. Performance tracking: Monitor daily campaign performance, CTRs, conversions, and report unusual spikes/drops.
5. Competitor analysis: Research competitor ads, landing pages, and strategies to share actionable insights.
6. A/B testing assistance: Help in planning and executing tests for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve results.
7. Data reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Excel/Sheets.
8. Budget monitoring: Keep track of ad spends vs allocated budgets and flag overspending/underspending.
9. Learning & documentation: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform changes, and document learnings for the team.
10. Cross-team collaboration: Coordinate with design, content, and client servicing teams to ensure smooth execution of performance campaigns.
