About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. This is a great opportunity to learn hands-on about data-driven marketing and growth strategies in a fast-paced environment.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the execution of paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other channels
2. Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
3. Help with keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing
4. Support budget tracking, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and other key metrics
5. Collaborate with content/design teams to align creative with campaign objectives
6. Conduct competitor and audience research
7. Learn and apply best practices in performance marketing
