About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Managing end-to-end panels.
2. Onboarding affiliates and publishers for recruiting panelists.
3. Ensuring data quality and coordinating with team members.
4. Engaging the panel through contests, polls, and other activities.
5. Managing panel pages on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
6. Establishing guidelines to ensure timely responses to inbound customer service messages through various channels (social, email, website chat widget) and protocols for escalating difficult issues.
7. Identifying fraudulent data and respondents from the panel to maintain good panel health.
8. Taking care of timely payments.
