About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Engage with prospective clients through digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and IndiaMart
2. Manage and respond to inbound enquiries and qualified leads
3. Assist in marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and brand engagement activities
4. Understand client requirements and coordinate with senior advisors for suitable product recommendations
5. Conduct limited telephonic follow-ups for lead closure and customer coordination
6. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems
7. Ensure high standards of customer communication and service quality
