About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in the creation and management of WhatsApp message templates across multiple vendor portals (e.g., Gupshup, Karix, etc.).
2. Coordinate with internal and external teams for Meta template approvals, categorization tracking, and compliance requirements.
3. Monitor and report on template statuses, including paused, rejected, deleted, or recategorized by Meta.
4. Maintain accurate and structured documentation of the template lifecycle across platforms.
5. Support the team in organizing and analyzing campaign performance data and vendor-related metrics.
6. Contribute ideas for process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
What You’ll Learn:
1. End-to-end understanding of a WhatsApp campaign journey, from creation to go-live.
2. Exposure to how Meta’s template policies impact marketing at scale.
3. Hands-on experience with marketing tools, vendor platforms, and CRM workflows.
4. Practical understanding of customer retention strategies in fintech/consumer tech.
5. Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
6. Detail-oriented and organized, with an interest in digital marketing and operations.
7. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and documentation.
8. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
9. Prior experience in marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
10. Available to join immediately.
