About the Internship
Job DescriptionA Sales and marketing and Business Development Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services and a support system for Business Development and growth of the Organization. You will be responsible for supporting the Sales / Business Development and Marketing department in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse market trends.
Objectives of this Role
1. To assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
2. To gain hands-on experience in marketing and advertising, and to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting.
3. To contribute to the success of the marketing team by providing support and assistance with various projects and initiatives.
4. To develop skills and knowledge in marketing principles, including market research, target audience analysis, brand management, and campaign measurement.
5. To build relationships with team members and stakeholders, and to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
1. Brand Management:
* To assist in the development of brand guidelines and standards.
* To help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
* To conduct research on consumer attitudes towards the brand.
* Helping to maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and visibility in the market.
2. Digital Marketing:
* To assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content.
* To analyse social media metrics and provide insights on engagement and growth.
* To help develop email marketing campaigns and manage email lists.
3. Content Creation:
* To assist in the creation of blog posts, articles, and other written content.
* To help develop video scripts and produce video content.
* To design and create visual elements such as graphics, infographics, and presentations.
4. Event Planning:
* To assist in the planning and execution of marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
* To help coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
* To promote events through social media and email marketing campaigns.
* Dealing and negotiating with vendors related to the Events / Marketing.
* Assist Admin Manager in organizing and participating in promotional activities, CSR, and events to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
5. Research and Analysis:
* To conduct market research on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
* To analyze data from various sources, such as Google Analytics or customer feedback surveys.
* To provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
