About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google, and YouTube
2. Track ad performance and generate weekly reports with insights and suggestions
3. Collaborate with photographers/videographers for ad-specific content
4. Research market trends and competitor campaigns
5. Assist in developing ad creatives and campaign copy
6. Upload and manage content on social media if required
7. Coordinate with the team to align marketing with business goals
8. Suggest new strategies or offers to generate leads and conversions
9. Take initiative in campaign planning and propose growth ideas
10. Support the founder in setting up a consistent marketing engine
