About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:1. Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
2. Manage social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement with followers.
3. Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve search engine rankings.
4. Post reels and other content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
5. Assist in creating and maintaining a monthly social media content calendar
6. Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas for reels, stories, and posts
7. Monitor social media platforms for trends, engagement, and respond to user comments/messages
8. Assist customers in placing orders and resolve product-related queries via social media, email, and WhatsApp
9. Ensure timely and professional communication with all users
10. Support email marketing campaigns: content creation, list management, and performance tracking
11. Help execute WhatsApp marketing initiatives, including content distribution and user engagement
12. Coordinate with the design/content team to get creatives ready
