About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Visual Design & Creative Execution: Design high-quality social media creatives (social media posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails, blog banners)
2. Brand Consistency & Guidelines: Ensure all designs strictly follow brand identity guidelines (colours, fonts, layouts, tone)
3. Collaboration & Design Support: Work closely with content writers and other content and media teams to convert briefs into visuals.
4. Asset Management & Organisation: Create reusable design templates for internal and marketing use.
5. Platform Optimisation & Quality Control: Optimise creatives for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, ads)
6. Trend Awareness & Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
