About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support the formulation and execution of digital strategies for large enterprise clients across sectors.
2. Assist in digital pre-sales activities, including proposal writing, solution decks, competitor analysis, and product positioning.
3. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, product offerings, and business scenarios to support strategic recommendations.
4. Collaborate with sales and presales teams to prepare client-facing presentations, demos, and marketing collaterals.
5. Evaluate and benchmark enterprise websites, mobile apps, and digital experiences for usability, content, and performance.
6. Work with data analysts to derive insights from customer analytics, funnel metrics, personalization tools, and engagement dashboards.
7. Contribute to client success initiatives, including onboarding documentation, reporting templates, and case studies.
8. Assist in crafting internal and external communication across various digital channels and platforms.
9. Stay updated with the latest in MarTech, digital transformation, customer experience platforms (like Adobe Experience Cloud), and Gen AI applications.
10. Help build reusable frameworks, playbooks, and IPs for digital strategy, pre-sales, and delivery excellence.
