About the Internship
As a Development Officer (Internship) at Abled Fitness Foundation, you will have the exciting opportunity to play a key role in building relationships with our clients, crafting compelling stories, honing your negotiation skills, strategic planning, and leveraging emotional intelligence to drive impact in the community.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners to support the mission and vision of Abled Fitness Foundation.
2. Develop engaging storytelling content for marketing materials, social media, and fundraising campaigns to inspire action and create awareness.
3. Utilize your negotiation skills to secure sponsorships, donations, and partnerships that align with the organization's goals.
4. Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to drive impactful results.
5. Leverage emotional intelligence to connect with stakeholders and understand their motivations, needs, and concerns.
6. Collaborate with the development team to brainstorm innovative strategies and tactics for achieving fundraising targets.
7. Provide support in tracking and analyzing performance metrics to continuously improve fundraising efforts and optimize donor relationships.
