Are you a powerhouse of organization and aesthetics?
We’re looking for a design & brand operations manager who can seamlessly manage collections, shoots, styling, and digital rollouts across luxury jewelry, heritage-inspired clothing, and a fast-evolving personal brand.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Collection management:
1. Coordinate production timelines with karigars and vendors
2. Track inventory across clothing & jewelry
3. Ensure sample readiness before shoot deadlines
B. Styling & shoot management:
1. Plan and execute brand-aligned shoots (editorial, campaign, BTS)
C. Website & digital coordination:
1. Oversee product uploads with accurate descriptions, prices & filters
2. Ensure launch timelines sync across Instagram, website & campaigns
3. Maintain brand consistency in visual and verbal communication
D. Content & brand calendar management:
1. Plan monthly brand storytelling with the founder
2. Assist in personal brand-building tasks (reels, shoots, interviews)
3. Coordinate with PR, stylists, and collaborators
