Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. • Conduct thorough research to identify potential VIP delegates, including industry leaders,executives, and key decision-makers.
2. • Maintain an up-to-date database of potential VIP delegates with detailed profiles.
3. • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential VIP delegates through phone calls, emails, and social media.
4. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and confirmed VIP delegates.
5. • Serve as the main point of contact for VIP delegates, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
6. • Coordinate with the event management team to ensure VIP delegates receive all necessary information and support.
7. • Follow up with potential VIP delegates to secure their attendance. Confirm attendance and ensure all necessary details are communicated and documented.
