About the Internship
Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and PDF conversion tools, with the ability to manage, organize, and process large volumes of data accurately.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
2. Prepare, format, and edit documents using MS Word and Excel.
3. Convert files between PDF, Word, and Excel formats using online/offline tools.
4. Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
5. Organize and store documents securely for easy retrieval.
6. Generate basic reports, summaries, and charts in Excel.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
1. Required Skills & Qualifications
2. Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator/Executive or similar role.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, data validation, etc.).
4. Good working knowledge of MS Word (document formatting, tables, templates).
5. Familiarity with PDF conversion tools (Word ↔ Excel ↔ PDF).
