About the Internship
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized intern to assist with the manual migration of e-learning course content from multiple platforms (Thinkific, DigitalChalk, Kajabi) to LearnWorlds. This role involves systematically downloading all course materials (videos, PDFs, documents, quizzes, etc.), organizing them by course/module, and uploading them into our new LMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Systematically download all required course assets from existing LMS platforms.
- Organize files in clearly labeled folders for easy tracking and retrieval.
- Upload content to LearnWorlds, creating course structures as directed.
- Ensure all files are complete, correctly named, and in the proper format.
- Maintain detailed records/checklists of migration progress.
- Communicate proactively about issues or missing materials.
