Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide text/audio annotation assistance to our team
2. Utilize internal software tools to label text and audio as per the set guidelines
3. Extract important and relevant tags from contact center conversations
4. Provide feedback to engineers on tooling and processes for more efficient labeling
5. Collaborate with a team of ML engineers/data scientists to support the model development process.
6. Analyze and work on large datasets to extract meaningful insights
