About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Call and follow up with customers who left their carts without purchasing.
2. Understand their concerns and help them complete the order.
3. Offer personalized solutions like discounts or free shipping where applicable.
4. Log all interactions and responses in our CRM (Google Sheets).
5. Share customer feedback and suggestions with the marketing team.
