About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat, in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with account-related issues and provide solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer problems and find effective resolutions.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest ways to enhance the customer experience.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
7. Handle customer feedback and implement strategies to continuously improve our service offerings.
