About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Monitor accounts and serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts
2. Identify areas of opportunity, highlight best practices, and document them
3. Analyze potential issues related to customer accounts and channel them internally for faster resolution
4. Review the customer journey, identify how it’s supported, and take a consultative approach with the internal team to help clients overcome issues and achieve goals
5. Communicate effectively with the internal team to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings
